How about if a group of us gets together and tries the bank account thingy, by say 10 (or more) of us (pay a fiver (or less) each) and 1 person tries it and goes to court and gets an order to get funds from MSOLS bank account. If it works for that 1 person then we know its a route we can all take. If it doesnot work then we know not to bother and it would have only cost us less than a fiver..
im up for it.
PM me if interested and I can see if there is enough of us

This is the website and contact details for the owners of the serviced office block 'parade house', out of which these jokers operate.

Could we not try contacting them and seeing if they have any proper contact details for MSols? Surely they have something, and are probably taking rent out of MSols's bank account?
I'll give them a call in the morning unless anyone suggests otherwise...

Hey nichole 136.

Let me have the bank account details and the information on how to take the money out of their account. I will let you know if it works.

Hi, I've not got any money back they owe me £520 plus court fees. I've got a date for court in September, it says I must provide copies of documents which I may rely on in court. Does anyone know what i need to provide. Is this terms and conditions, proof of posting my bills off and any e-mails from them.
I would be grateful of any any, as I have never done anything like this before.
Thanks

Bevie, yes just send copies of everything you have to both the court and Msols. Then take the originals with you on the day of the hearing. Msols won't turn up, but you'll still have to state your case and answer a few queries to the magistrate. I also wrote a little overview of my case and summarised the documents I was sending and why. This helped me crystalize the case in my mind as much as anything.

But you are aware that no one seems to be getting any money back from them despite having a CCJ against them?

Bearing in mind ska_mna's point, you can cancel your hearing now and get a refund of the hearing fee if you feel you don't want to waste any more money on them.

Everybody DO NOT WAST ANY MORE MONEY ON COURT OR BAILLIFS FEES

Had a call from Hertfordshire Trading Standards today and its good and bad news I am afraid.

They informed me that they contacted the landlords at Parade House in Watford and they confirmed that Mobile Rainbow have vacated the premises and took what little they had with them. So there is absolutely no point in taking them to court now since they have not got a registered address to send the summons to.

On a positive note they also told me that the Companies Special Investigation Unit is fully aware of the problems with MSols and are very likely to wind the company down. So the more emails we send them to reinforce our case the better. Their email address is Vetting.section@berr.gsi.gov.uk. I also have the address of the Company secretary although I am not sure what we can do with it. Legally nothing. but here it is anyway.

This is all I have, I feel very frustrated but I have tried everything I could think of and failed, so if anybody has any other ideas, please share.

And there is never any point going to the expense and time taking court action against a defendant who can't pay you even when they are ordered to.

Hi,

I have a court date for a fortnights time, is there any point at all in my going to court? I'm just wondering if I'm better off cancelling it now as it seems general consensus that i'm throwing good money after bad.
If they have vacated the premises does that mean that they can simply evade any payment orders?
Has anyone got any money from them recently? I know they were still paying in May/June, but I've not seen anything recently.
Any advice welcome please :) Many thanks
