If you cancel within a certain amount of time before the court hearing, you get refunded I believe. If you're inside the window, yes, I would recommend canceling the hearing and getting your 50 quid back from the court.

I see Mobile Rainbow are no longer trading in Mobile Phones and are just an affiliate marketing comparison website now. Not nearly as much money in that business I would expect, so can't see them pulling through to pay off their debts.

I would recommend cancelling (more than 7 days before) for your £50 back. I have a CCJ but theres no hope of seeing the money. Cut your losses!

Thanks guys, think I will write a letter to the court and cancel - it's only £35 back, but no point in spending it when I've no chance of getting the money.

I'm happy to write to Watchdog too, see if we can get these slimeballs closed down.

I'd recommend writing to Vetting.section@berr.gsi.gov.uk above Watchdog, although write to both if you like. Remember Watchdog is essentially about making TV programmes rather than investigating bad business practices. They may run something, but they'll probably need a good story and lots of personal interest tales. Not that I know how they go about things, just thinking out loud.

Just found out that MSols is trading under bunnyconnect.co.uk, directphoneshop, 121mobileshop.co.uk, mobilespectrum.co.uk. Probably under a whole lot of other names as well.

Just for the hassle factor, why don't we all ring these websites and bug them about mobile rainbow.... it can't do any harm. Just ring and ask to speak to the managing director. I did and the guy didn't know what to say.

I also told him to pass a message on to the MD to say that he is a crook and there is a lot of people after him so if he had any sense he would fold his businesses and go back to India....

I know it probably doesn't help but it certainly allowed me to let off steam.

How do I get my money back from the money on line court? Any help appreciated. It seems a waste of my time and money to take them to court if they are no longer there and if I am able to get my court fee back then at least thats something .:mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad: :mad:

If you do a google search on Rupinder Singh Khurana+Watford or Rupiz + watford you will find he owns 10's of company not just 1 or 2 some from a london address and some from the watford address.
