I've just got a letter telling me a date for my hearing, however if Mobile Rainbow go out of business before the hearing, do they still have to pay up?? I presume not. So for the benefit of all who are claiming I hope they don't fold just yet ... my hearing is not till the end of March. I am still contacting them by e-mail to ask for my money and will continue to do this. I'll let you know what happens next and would appreciate feedback from anyone who has actually got to the stage of going to a hearing. Thanks.0

I took MSOLS to MCOL last year over problems with cashback. They paid up without going to judgement and have done so since. However, as they seem to have turned into a price comparison website, its not looking good for my last cashback! Anyone know the position of the network provider (Orange in my case) in all this, do we have recourse to them since MSOLS was acting as their agent?0

ive been on the watchdog site and filled in a short form regarding the inept mobile rainbow. Can anyone who has had bad service from these idiots please do the same as i think the more people who do the more chance it has of getting on the program and warning others.

I have received replies from some of my emails I am bombarding them with ie

Yes I'm still waiting....................................
Good luck with the court cases, I may have to follow that route shortly. Hopefully Watchdog will help out, that's wishful thinking though!0 -
I did the watchdog form 2 weeks ago. I sent 1st claim in September and am still waiting. Threatened the court action and having given them till Wednesday 6 Feb to pay the 1sta nd 2nd installments. Ive got 2 contracts with them but because my special delivery was delivered late and the recorded delivery of the 2nd contract went missing in the post they will not even pay anything on it. Before anyone mentions claiming against Royal Mail, that is still going on too because the Post Office assistant filled the special delivery thing in wrong they are trying to get out paying that.Sealed Pot Challenge - No 1520Want to be debt clear by June 2012:j0

If your claims didn't get there, then they correctly will say you broke the conditions regarding claiming cashbacks.
You can only make a claim against RM if you used Special Delivery and paid for consequential loss insurance.0 -

I dont see anywhere that allows you to attach any proof, such as the replies to emails etc and that you have sent all the bills on time etc0

anyone know why there is 2 postcodes
WD17 1NA on the dispatch note and WD17 1NS on their correspondance Ive always used 1NA. Is this a deliberate attempt to confuse us? has this been mentioned here before?:j  :j0
