Tuddsy and K271 have either of you been to court yet and what was the outcome. I am also due to go to court and I wanted some advice if possible.Any help would be greatly appreciated and I wish you both all the best against these conmen.

Hi, I just received part admission on my claim against Msols - only £225 out of £540 as they claimed two of the cashbacks weren't due yet - one was due in January the other at the beginning of March, so I decided not to accept and am now waiting for the next step ie court.
Any news on anyone else who has been to court?

Nicole136, can i ask how much detail you put in the allocation questionnaire pls in section G - Other Information. Did you just put that you had filed all cashback claims on time and that you have Royal Mail proof?
    Many thanks
