hi people, just a quick update on my situation....
i bought a phone from mobilerainbow on 26th Jan...after some delays due to restructuring, they promised to deliver my cashback vouchers by 17th March...I've finally received my cashback vouchers on 10th March, a week ahead of schedule.
the cashback vouchers also state which month's bills to submit based on the month you'd signed up (in a table form) - a la e2save's cashback vouchers.
hope everyone who's ordered from mobilerainbow has been treated well too!0 -
yes got my voucher's no problem0

I ended up choosing to go with Mobile Rainbow in the end. If they don't pay I will take court action against both of them (jointly), arguing that they jointly entered into a contract with me. In any case at £172.00 a time it isn't feasible for 3 to defend an action (especially in scotland where they probably won't be able to claim expenses back for such an amount).

One with three for the provision of a mobile telecoms service and a totally separate one with Mobile Rainbow which pays you cash back in return for you opening and account, keeping up with payments and finally correctly claiming the cash back. If they don't pay the cash back you will have no chance of suing three!
Interesting.
However, if Mobile Rainbow send me an e-mail saying: "You have a 12 month contract with <telephone company name here> with 11 months free". Consequently, Mobile Rainbow have said I have entered into a contract with three, cashback inclusive.
Doesn't that implicate Three in the cashback contract; consequently, are Three not liable for the burden placed on them by their own agents?
I also don't understand how this can be two different contracts.

Has anyone had problem with Mobile Rainbow cashback or have anyone received cashback? When are people due to receive their first cashback?
