New Info On Mobile Rainbow (merged)

i haven't met anyone who's claimed cashback from mobilerainbow yet.

a few others on this forum, as well as myself, have had our claim vouchers delayed for an additional month. i'm worried cos i only found out about this delay AFTER i took the initiative to email and ask; and the only assurance i have with regards to actually receiving my vouchers is that email reply from their CS staff, and i don't think that'd be sufficient reassurance for me

doobydoo , i didnt ask if there had to be originals or not but have read from off here they have said copies or internet prints from your account will be fine , but might be worth a email to confirm, dont know about u lot but i will keep these emails and print off just incase , what legal action can be taken against them if they dont pay, also how long have they been in the game of cash backs , when ppl say no ones had cash backs from them , does anyone know if anyone thats sent for cashback and never got or is it just no ones that far into there contract to get cahs back from them?, it puts idea's in your head which is a shame cos im after another same deal and no one else is anywhere near them on price , also have u looked at 3mobile site thats got same deal and is also owned by msol ltd same has mobilerainbow

I do have to admit that I have never heard anyone complain about not getting cashback from them. All I've heard is people saying they have heard i.e chinese whispers perhaps ! I have read of one person who got their first cashback fine so this is maybe much ado about nothing.

I think I heard the same that copies are ok and I phoned them about a week ago just to see how professional they sound and they sound allright to me.

if i was u email them with all the questions like

when do i claim cash back and how
when do i get cashback vouchers
can i get replacement vouchers or copies if i loss them can i send copies in
how long do i have to send my vouchers in and relevant bills
can i send copies of my bills in or on line bills
when can i expect to get my cashback

get answers to above via email and print it out and keep

and if we dont get the cashback , off to small claims court , think it cost's £30 and with that proof i cant see anyway you could loss in court, make sure you send your bills and vouchers in via recorded delivery and keep copies of everything you send in, ive also printed off the deal from there web site where it says 11months free cashback ect , only way i can se you cant get your money is if they go bust , which is always possible, but if they did i think i would see if i could get my cashback via my visa

well ive not got my vouchers yet , but my brother order one last week about 4 days after me and he got is today,
