You wont get the phone anyway, you'r not 18. Doesnt matter if you lie, they do pretty stringent checks.0

Thanks,
Fortyfoot
You can buy the accounts directly of Companies House' website (don't go through third parties who are more expensive) I ordered both the end of year return and final accounts for £3.00. If there is anything in particular people want me to check then thats just PM me
I ended up choosing to go with Mobile Rainbow in the end. If they don't pay I will take court action against both of them (jointly), arguing that they jointly entered into a contract with me. In any case at £172.00 a time it isn't feasible for 3 to defend an action (especially in scotland where they probably won't be able to claim expenses back for such an amount).

How many companies are named on MSE? Martin could spend a lot of money on company searches for some people to be fully satisfied about this.0

Phoneboxdirect.com (Mobile Media Systems Ltd)
Mobileshop.com (though they seem to be reliable according to the discussion on here!)

One thing to be weary of is realy fraudsters who use an honest companies name on their website although they have nothing to do with the company. Although it is criminal people still do it.
Next step down is sites who imply that they are part of a company which they are "trading partners" with.

Mobile Media Systems Ltd (Phonboxdirect) have been registered since 2002.
However, that doesn't mean that they have been in the business since then. Do many people here want to find out about. I can tell that they also have a turnover below 2.8 Million Pound because they didn't require to have their accounts audited.0 -
How long has the Phoneboxdirect website been about for?

Hi Freefall, I signed up with MobileRainbow too...they mentioned in their T&Cs that "free gifts and cash back are subject to a ‘clearance’ period, and are sent separately 120 days after purchasing your equipment"
have you been able to make any sense of this? cos they told me that the claim vouchers will be sent to me 15-20 days after my phone's delivery, no mention of 120 days.0
