I was just filing the claim with HMCS Money claims online and, BIG SURPRISE, the postcode MSOLS use in their email is NOT recognised as a UK or Welsh Postcode. Be warned, there is one digit missing, the correct postcode is
WD17 1NA
and NOT what they state on their email system.
Isnt that coincidence??? Ha bl ha!
You have to have the correct details doesn't matter which company you deal with through the court system. Double check that the address and all the companies details are correct by checking at Companies House at https://www.companieshouse.gov.uk You don't want to waste time and especially money by getting these details wrong.

It really is quite simple.......0 -
Posted it in the wrong thread first, sorry if you have read it.
I am having a lot of problems with MSols Ltd ( Mobile Rainbow ).
I requested Cash Back refund over 2 months ago but still waiting for it.
They ignored my telephone calls, e-mails and I had to send them 'recorded delivery' letters. They change their Cash back offer Terms & Conditions very often, it's contradictory and incomplete - all this done to deceive customers.
They are SCAM.
I phoned Trading Standards People and they registered my details.
I advise anybody who has or had problems with MSols ( Mobile Rainbow ) to call 01923 471300 and report it.
If I don’t hear from them this week then will be taking them to court0 -

I would do it first thing monday morning, a lot of people (myself included) think that they will pay and just threatening them will work. It is not a difficult process to take them to court. As you can see I have done it and i am expecting a bit of a delay in them paying because of the amount we are claiming £1810 in total, we are claiming for 4 phones, the 6 month contract and all the future cashbacks as well for all 4 phones because we do not have faith in them paying out --Steve 19777 had his payed in 4 days (well done Steve) THEY WILL NOT WIN0 -

My contract says that cashback sould be payed out within 30 days, now it has been 2 months - no cash back.
I suppose the court will want to give them 'reasonable chance/time' to act...
How long after your refund date did you take them to court ?0 -
Well I left it 6 weeks but that was only through laziness. Once the 30 days are up I would send them a letter (see Mozzers example) and request that you are paid in 14 days or you will commence court action. Then do it. I sent them that letter and didn't even get a letter or phone call trying to fob me off or giving me excuses. I expected at least that. They have basically decided to pay anyone who takes court action but they are obviously trying not to pay anyone if they don't have to.0

Hi,
When I put in my claim it was 57 days since they received my claim(as confirmed by Royal Mail tracking).
My terms and conditions state that I would receive my cashback within 30 days of them receiving my claim.
Once that 30 days has passed they are in breach of contact.
You have a legitimate claim and you should put in a claim as soon as possible stating that they are in breach of contract and claim for any future cashbacks as well because you have no faith or trust in them paying out in the future.
Good luck :cool:0 -
Hi again,
Last night I had a phone call from a manager at Mobile Rainbow who wanted to discuss our court claim. He said they were willing to pay us the 6th month cashback claim of £140.00 for each of our 4 phones, plus the £120.00 court costs and £30.00 stress claim, totalling £710.00 and they would send me a letter guaranteeing the 9th and 12th month cashback claims.
I said we had contracts stating exactly this and we wanted the claim to be met in full because we had no trust or faith that they would pay any of these future claims and we would proceed with the claim through the court.
He asked me to hold while he spoke to someone higher up in authority. A few minutes later he came back and after some discussion where I re-stated my determination to see this through the court system he said they would meet our claim in full, a total of £1830.00 (6th, 9th and 12th cashback claims for all 4 phones plus legal costs and £30 stress/damages.
He asked me to send them an e-mail to them stating exactly what we had discussed for their accounting department. Why!! I don’t know because the phone call was taped
Anyway i did and I await their payment and will keep you posted0 -
Wow!! I was just about to purchase a phone through mobile rainbow but got a bit suspicious that they were asking for my employment details, number of credit cards owned etc to do a credit check when I was purchasing a sim free phone with a one off payment, so no credit check needed to be done. I thought i'd google Msols Ltd just to try and put to rest my own suspicions but I stumbled across this thread and I'm so glad I did!:j I now know never to use mobile rainbow to purchase anything. Although the cash back thing would never have been an issue - fraudulent use of my card would have been. Thank you guys and gals!! :beer:0
