    Hi there

Hope you receive your money from BH very soon.

If struggling financially let the FOS know, that your still waiting, they should be able to get in touch with BH to chase them up, good luck.;)

I expect there have been, check on the success thread as well.
All the best with these too.;)

    Hi di3004,

I do have a copy of my agreement. but they are asking for a copy of the sicussion I had with the sales guy, which I don't have.

    Regards,

    Loftty
    Hi Lofty,

I think what they are after are your recollections of the discussion (ie what did the salesman say to give you the impression it was compulsory to take the PPI)

Hi, i am also waiting for payment from BH via FOS. I rang BH a week ago for an update & got a very coarse standard answer that they were taking 12 weeks, the guy didn't take any details from me whatsoecer. I get the feeling they are going to go to the wire on these payouts, if not over. I'm not very confident of a pay out from them at all, but i suppose we can always go back to the FOS who i suppose could fine them if they don't payout when they have promised to. I'll keep you posted if & when i get paid out.
