    Well done Joe.:T

For anyone with complaints of Lloyds TSB, RisingJoe has set up a thread for this, please feel free to post your issues on that thread in regards of that company.

As what RisingJoe has done above, in starting an individual thread "Lloyds TSB", it may be a good idea for anyone to start a thread of their own, for example "Welcome Finance PPI complaints", "Barclays PPI complaints" and so on.
But its open to all of those complainants, (not a separate thread each), but keep the complaints of that actual company on that one thread??

    What do you think folks?;)

Question for all Tesco Personal Finance winners/claimers:

Were your goodwill gestures the full amount plus interest or only from the past 6 years and no interest.

    Thank you. xx

They may use any refund due to reduce any arrears, they might not but just so you are aware it could happen.

If they did do this then in a way this could benefit you because you would pay less interest and get less charges on the account.

    Guys
The Picture situation is a little different from most PPI reclaiming...Any refund of payments would come from the FSCS and not Picture who, by being declared in default, it is agreed are unable to cover any claims.

If they were still a trading company then any refunds could well be used to reduce any arrears etc, however in my limited experience and can't see that this could be the case given thyat they don't exist and the 'holding' companies have shrugged off any liability for the miss selling.

I could be wrong I suppose....does anyone know any different?

    Still a hopeful bloke....

    Hi Gumbi

I assume it is those of FSCS who take over as soon as that actual company are confirmed in default.;)

I may contact them in regards of "Twopart ltd", as I have not heard anything since approx Nov 2008, "Twopart" went into liquidation almost 2 years ago.

My God it would quicker to get elected and get the money back through a dodgy expenses claim!

Marshallka helped me loads in regards of both these companies with details etc, they are on the forums somewhere on here, but I also had to register the claim with Begbies and Traynor as well as the FSCS.

I had it wrong again, the last email we received from the FSCS in regards of Twopart- eloan ltd, was in January of this year and not that of November 2008 lol, it just seems like ages ago since we last heard, so I have just sent them an email anyway......:D
