    Hi Pinknico.

Yes that's right, we sent in our forms the same time.

I haven't a clue what the hold up is, but I have just sent an email to ask for an update anyway, will let you know when I hear from them.;)
    Hope you hear something soon.:AX

I got a letter back from the FOS and it said that, they agreed with me in the fact that I am in the Armed Forces and my wages are secure.

To that end I got a letter off Lloysds TSB which told me that although it maintains its original view, it has agreed to settle my complaint on what it describes as a "Goodwill basis" not only that but they will also pay me £200 compensation for any distress and inconvenience it may have caused.

I got the letter from the FOS dated 11/03/09. It stated in the letter from the FOS that Lloyds TSB said it may take up 12 weeks from the date it receives my acceptance, which I signed straight away!!!

The next letter I got from the FOS was dated 26/03/09 which said it had completed it's formal involvement with my complaint .

Is it wise for me to write a letter of complaint to Lloyds TSB demanding they pay back the money the owe me quicker than 12 weeks, the reason I say this is because the money which I'm owed, they are earning money with the intrest ?????
