Got my acceptance letter 6th august, have places many official complaints with them aswel as emailing the CEO ( all with the advice of people off the forum) I have phoned them everyday , you have to just keep badgering them relentlessly cos at the end of the day its our money and it is only whY they do to us if we owe them money, good luck hun keep at them x x x
