i wouldnt have had to rush back from dropping my pup off at the vets
i wouldnt have gotten really stressed about him coming
i wouldnt have had to answered loads of difficult questions about myself to a person who will be doing jack all with the answers
i wouldnt have had to go through that without my hubby or pup there for comfort
i wouldnt have ended up really peed off and in tears0 -

unfortunately these days ,you can not believe a lot, what is written on threads ...as some people make up a load of **** on here.we are not specialist's on any subject ,and can not advice other people what to do...what works for us .may not work for other's.if you want to know more it's best to google it! or go to loacal pain clinic for advice.
Oh right okay. Are you talking about people on this thread? Or MSE forums altogehter?
Just Errata said that it wasnt ominous so he/she must know what it is and seeing as this thread is here for us to help each other then he/she could tell me.0 -

I know where you are coming from it is so easy to get confused.0 -
Cant sleep, got a trillion and one things thrashing around my head.
I am anxious as to what this cognitive therapy is and if it isnt bad why am I being told to google about it.0 -
You're being told to google it because you're asking what it is/questions about it. Why not just google it and find out what it is first. You can't be that bothered to find out - googling takes about two seconds. You could even just read the wiki page to get a general gist of it, or the NHS page which you know will be more reliable. Here, I'll take the difficult typing part of it out.

People come here for support because of a difficult illness, not to spend time educating others."There is no medicine like hope, no incentive so great, and no tonic so powerful as expectation of something better tomorrow." - Orison Swett Marden0 -
So have you had this therapy? or know someone who has?
Isnt this forum and particularly this thread a reliable source?
This forum is just for support, not for actual information. The only way to know what a course of treatment will entail is to ask a clinician. Talk to your GP or to the medic that has referred you to treatment as what others have experienced is personal to them and may not affect you in the same way. Anecdotal information is not a substitute for proper clinical input.
We are all mindful of the MSE rule and whilst it might not strictly apply to a course of treatment it must be adhered to:
