Black Dog of Depression - can we help each other?

Just as anyone can post anything on here which cannot be relied upon.;).
Excellent observation :T. When someone comes on here asking for information about CBT and they are advised with a selection of useful links, which they then show no interest in, one has to wonder at their motives
.I didn't say just rely on wiki, but it does give you a general jist of things. You can then follow on to other links, which will be more reputable - such as the other two I gave you.

Heh, it's okay. I knew exactly who I was arguing with - I just had nothing better to do!

lamewolf- she had her paw re-bandaged yesterday and needs it doing again on friday, my mums dog is here again so shes got her best mate with her again till friday. have you still got molly?
unluckyt- i can only echo whats already been said. it drives me up the wall when they ask what you want, what i want is for the expert to make some suggestions!
catkins- i cant belive that your bosses are being so callous, especially as you said they have both suffered in the past too! id be inclined to agree with your husband but i know that this will be very stressful too and may cause more problems.0 -
Aww, bless; having her mate with her will cheer her up. Yes, Molly is here til Sunday, as her own humans are on holiday in Egypt.crazy_girl wrote: »lamewolf- she had her paw re-bandaged yesterday and needs it doing again on friday, my mums dog is here again so shes got her best mate with her again till friday. have you still got molly?

Thanks, apart from a hacking cough and mega-exhaustion, I'm bearing up ok. Mr LW is on late shift today, so I'll probably be climbing the walls by the time he gets in, but hey ho, it pays the bills.:o
I'll be taking Molly round the field in a little while (mobility scooter is parked outside the front door) and as long as I don't meet anyone else, I'll enjoy that. LOL, if I have to actually speak to anyone, I just want to turn tail and run - or in my case scoot - for home!
Give Barky and her pal a cuddle for me.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
catkins, I would go back to your gp and ask them to refer you to see a counsellor.
Its great to be able to talk to them and for them to listen and be able to understand what you are going through.
Its a shame your bosses are not more sympathetic given they know what you are going through.0 -

But hey dont let that stop your continuous "having a go" at me.
Its no wonder people suffer in silence, if people like you are about!0 -
