Go for it! Keep it short, because of Barky's poorly paw, but I reckon it'd do all three of you good.crazy_girl wrote: »lamewolf - im working up the courage to take the pups to the park right now, they will get a walk! my hubby is at a gig so wont be home till about midnight so we will both be climbing the walls tonight!
Molly enjoyed her walk earlier! If your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
lamewolf- we went! they both got a trip round the block and a bit of a run on a patch of grass next to the park that runs alongside the pavement. i would have taken them into the park but its pitch black outside. did you enjoy molly's walk too?
im feeling much brighter now, ive even arranged to go to town with my best mate and her son tomorrow. she understands all about my problems and looks after me when i need it!0 -
arg feel a bit out of the loop haven't been on in ages. ust when things start picking up (starting CBT, getting an appointment to see if i could get extra help) i get swine flu and have to cancel them. plus i'm dosed up to the eyeballs with painkillers and anti flu type thingys and now i'm paranoid because i've just read the leaflet on the beechums all in one and it says not to take if your on anti-depressents which i can only assume is because it contains eythl alcohol. mood has been up and down like no tomorrow and i'm generally just feeling sorry for myself right now.
hope everyone else is bearing up ok *hugs*This is a system account and does not represent a real person. To contact the Forum Team email forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -

In my case, a major over-indulgence in PC and PlayStation2 gaming. Also, dog-sitting when possible (need to have a dog needing to be "sat" iyswim), baking, cross-stitch and other handicrafts when the paws permit, and FAR too much time on the internet.:oWhat other strategies do we employ for keeping the BD at bay? I find losing myself in a really good book helps - pure escapism
and also intricate knitting patterns like Aran or Fair-isle, because it helps to keep my mind occupied.
Anyone else? I'm open to ideas to try for a change.:oIf your dog thinks you're the best, don't seek a second opinion.;)0 -
HI everyone
Sorry I haven't been around much, still hiding from the world at the moment. Have got the breathing under control again (learning how to breath is difficult). Still down in the dumos but the tablets should help in a couple of weeks. Currently having doubts about the transplant and wether to go ahead or not. Part of me says yes and oart says no just live whats left doing what I want to do. But is that me being selfish??I used to be me !! what happened
