I'm so embarrased. One for the ladies on here.

I haven't laughed so much in ages, bit awkward really as I'm at work and people keep asking what I'm laughing at.
Thank you for all your stories, I'm sure I have plenty but they aren't coming to me at the moment, although I am familiar with the "pooing on the other half whilst throwing up, due to food poisoning", I was so embarassed but my OH was very understanding, I'm not so sure I would have coped so well if it had been him. x
I'm sure he wouldn't be your OH still if he had done it to you! ha haha

 dont worry about it,the ladies should understand, but men???,tell you a old story which happen at school in the 80s,my friend was in geography lesson and lky i was sat next to her and when we finished she stood up and there on her white dress red mark everywhere on back,we waited till all others went out and we rushed in loo she cried so much and at that time she could only wash it off with cold water.......so dont worry about it when you face them next!take care0

I remember when i worked in boots and in the stock room i saw the moon cups so i took it out of the box and had a good look at it, it seemed really floppy to me, like if i took it out the blood would go everywhere?
but my advice is to wash the mooncup before use, incase poeple like me got it out for a bit of curiosity!0 -
omg I have just nearly peed myself laughing, thank you to all posters.
I do have accidents like the rest of you,so embarrasing but surely others understand now it can happen to you or me at anytime.................beware!
also thinking of getting a moon cup as I threw the last one away & give it another try,but I have such heavy periods i would worry incase it made my embarrasing situation worse,at the present time i use pads & tamponsLucky No27

They are quite soft and floppy but the blood doesn't go everywhere vixarooni... You would probably find you lose a lot less than you would expect...
And whitty, there's no reason you couldn't use pads and mooncup until you get used to it...A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

FAR better than using hot water, as it happens. Hot will set the stain, cold will start to shift it.strawberrysplit wrote: »at that time she could only wash it off with cold water.Signature removed for peace of mind0 -

I've had leaks before but luckily always wear dark trousers (big bum disguise
) The worst time (I think I posted this on the things about childbirth thread) just after I had my DD I decided to go for a walk. I went with my mum and just as we were halfway down the street I felt as though I needed to pee, I said to my mum I'm going back but by that time I had wet myself- covering the whole front of my trousers!!! To make matters worse before I could tell my mum what had happened a neighbour came over and grabbed DD off my mum for a cuddle (Grrrrr!) I didn't want to leave DD but had to go to the loo, so I started to head for home but the neighbour said use my loo, I protested but mum and neighbour said it makes more sense so went in, only to discover it was blood! Eeek! Was so scared I would drip somewhere as it literally soaked my front and back, and my socks and shoes!! I'd had a huge clot that had been shifted by the walk! That was sooooooo embarrassing though when you've just had a baby the embarrassment seems to wash over you! he he!
I'm another mooncup convert used one for a few years now although not for a while as been pregnant/ breastfeeding. Will now have to buy the next size though!
I have to be very careful as another poster mentioned the 'top' brands of pads give me a bad rash- I think it's the gel in them.0
