Just checking my current order status and it says my line has been checked and my line activation has been scheduled as well as the welcome pack being dispatched. I was just wondering will it say when the line activation is scheduled for in the welcome pack?0

eco21, the Canterbury exchange (NDCAN) has been listed by yourselves for an upgrade, I spoke to one of your agents last november, I know O2 are currently upgrading a lot of exchange's, do you have any idea when Canterbury will be done?0

@halil - I don't think it should affect your cashback as your order was placed online and accepted online, you are in effect only changing a personal detail, phone number, unfortuantely I have no idea how Quidco work with regard to that. You have to think is the £70 Quidco worth the £5 extra a month...
@lookapiano - You will have email/text all the way through the process, as far as I remember the welcome back will not have your activation date in there, but a text should be given with the date.
@del1001 - I am really sorry, I didnt realise so many people would have possiboe activation/upgrade dates and I have no knowledge of this, however, I am looking into thsi and see what I can find out. I think I am not privvy to such information as its possible competitors may want to know this info (why Im not sure) but I will look into this for you0 -

Thanks for being on the forum. I just ordered o2 broadband via quidco. I had a o2 new simm which I inserted in a phone and used that to get a discount. But now will be using a different o2 simm, can I change the new simm number in my account for the discount? or do I need to phone in.

@shafeeq - best to ring in the change, just to ensure you still get the discount, if you do it in my account and it messes up, you have less chnace of someone being sympathetic to extra costs incurred. If we do it, and something goes wrong, at least you will get charges refunded

@payless - glad all is going well, you text messages are ususally very accurate, so best to keep an eye on them, they will guide you through the process. For the first 14 days your speed will fluctuate, just trying to get you the best stable speed. Dont be too concerned.
AFAIK the IPTV would be down the line, quite a bit though, as we are still setting up as a broadband company, only just over a year old, 250,000 customers, got a long way to go and a lot to improve on, but think we are doing well0 -

it looks like a Thomson ( TG585v7 ??) which I have used before
