Me too Mari!
I have gone from 25 minutes a month ago to half an hour today
I am going to use my times (and weight) as a measure of the benefits of not drinking. I really hope to be whizzing along by the end of the month
I hope I am aswell, really need to lose weight have put on a stone in 6 mths:eek:
Good idea to use it to measure benifits...will be pinching that one0 -
You've all gone nuts....
gone??
Welcome to Nelski and Fedup from me too.
Thank goodness you're all here! I feel extraordinarily glum today, in between feeling hugely irritable (poor DD....now she is driving me nuts...back to sch tomorrow thank goodness but feel mean about thinking that) & if not for this thread would DEFFO have come home from town with a couple of bottles & probably finished one already. But, walked past 2 wine-selling-places, then back again, without buying any. You've all really made me think about why & what I'm doing. Hope I'll be OK now for today. & hope everyone else will be too.
I ran for a bus once & missed it. Haven't run since
Anyway just off to start dinner...will be back later am feeling all needy & pathetic!0 -
Just to be a bit 'retentive' for a moment......
Our collective target being AF is 605 days out of 713 (84.9%)
Our current collective total is 66 out of 82 (80.5%)
Statistically speaking, that is phenomenal so far. One would expect it to start reasonably low and inch toward the target as the month progressed.
Every single participant should be extremely proud of their efforts so far - even over just a few days
WE ROCK!!!! :j :j :j :jNeigh, neigh, and thrice neigh

Hey guys reading this and laughing lots can you sign me up - not sure I posted before to ask, its all a blur, aiming for AF rest of month - its a dodgy start so far no AFD's at all. But today is new day, life is back to normal and I am needing my butt kicked - Wii fit age 48 argh am 40 - my mii-wii went rather plump looking when i stood on the board (am 4 stone heavier than my skinny but same height as me 14 year old).Total debt 26/4/18 <£1925 we were getting there.
Total debt as of 28/4/19 £7867.38:eek:

Winebox big (((hugs))) hun, sometimes it just all gets too much. Being on your own with kids is hard work, so don't beat yourself up. You've done a great job today not buying any wine. Im sure DD would rather have a grumpy sober mum than a grumpy drunk one ( I know which mine would pick every time
)
Lurky thats amazing, we really are a all great team aren't we
Fayjmck welcome, just watch that wii fit age tumble when you're AF :j
Hope everyone else is ok this eve, Im def gonna be AF tonight. None in house and early start tomorrow, want to have a clear head to go back to work with (for a change :rotfl: )
