Interesting to hear about the liver improving after a month, hope I've not done damage that can't be improved though.....
Congrats to everyone, at work and busy so I'll be popping in every now and then today but can't stick around for long!

Well done Jo! And the non AF day was only one can? Good going! I was hugely encouraged by one of Eselt's posts last year when she reported that the doctor had told her that her liver was back to normal......so hopefully yours (& mine, & everyone elses!) stand a fairly good chance?
And I'll join in the general clamour - Eselt where are you - miss you.0 -

Everyone warm enough? It was -6 where I am but the roads are fine as has been so dry. And following the weather report......
While I was away over the weekend my recycling was collected so MAYBE there won't be any glass of the wine-bottle-shape variety in it next time? Feel a bit more relaxed today thank goodness, also just as well 9-year-olds don't bear grudges at unfairly grumpy mums!
At the mo feel reasonably sure will be OK today. Good idea Mari about not taking money to work....regardless of early morning resolve I often cave & buy some on the way home so am going to do same...it's so obvious can't believe I haven't thought of it before, duh!!
Have a good day all x0 -

Sorry bhb missed your post (see? being my dream-man means NOTHING) - don't be miserable & don't apologise....plenty of month left to make those numbers look better! And I still stick to...every day over 0/31 is a bonus. Good luck today.0
