Hi Winebox I know how you feel I think a lot of it is the time of year weather and all that. you would probably feel worse with a hangover though:D
Not drinking in company was a first for me last night so yes that is now your challenge (I did kinda lie though she thought it was vodka and coke:o )
Not having an AFD tonight but it will be another hour or so before my first which means that I have gone from just after midnight Friday until now without a drink.
Back to it tomorrow or Weds for me this is now a mission.29th Feb Quit Day :j0 -
Our collective target being AF is 605 days out of 713 (84.9%)
Our current collective total is 66 out of 82 (80.5%)
Statistically speaking, that is phenomenal so far. One would expect it to start reasonably low and inch toward the target as the month progressed.
Every single participant should be extremely proud of their efforts so far - even over just a few days
WE ROCK!!!! :j :j :j :j
Get you! (are you bored?).
Thanx miamoo & Fay & Mari & NTC...gosh I'm on SUCH a short fuse today! Think I'll go and have a bath & calm down.
DEF AF today anyway; cheers everyone. Have a good evening. When I've saved a bit of money thro being AF I must get myself a laptop, else I have to keep coming up to the spare room to look at the computer which is a bind! Just think, you could have my invaluable input constantly all evening....;)
On that note....am going to switch orff now, back in morning hope with updated sig.....& hope you all too.0 -

 :whistle:Hey guys reading this and laughing lots can you sign me up - not sure I posted before to ask, its all a blur, aiming for AF rest of month - its a dodgy start so far no AFD's at all. But today is new day, life is back to normal and I am needing my butt kicked - Wii fit age 48 argh am 40 - my mii-wii went rather plump looking when i stood on the board (am 4 stone heavier than my skinny but same height as me 14 year old).
Hop on board Fay and take a number.... (26, I think) :T :T . I'll put you down as 26/31 and actual 0/0Neigh, neigh, and thrice neigh

I know Im abit premature, but ive changed my sig to 5/5 as ive got no wine in and there is NO chance im going the shop, not with the ice out there!
I've found tonight the easiest so far. My boyfriend just said that he was listening to the radio on the way home from work, and they were saying that after 1 month not drinking your liver is back to its peak performance, doing its job properly instead of trying to cope with the alcohol.£100 - £10,0000 -
Just popping in to say goonight
All quiet....does that mean lots of you are having early AF nights aswell??
Just off to update sig, then bed

Hi guys and what a busy lot you have been, I am just trying to catch up on all the posts since I have been at work. If this carries on I shall have to ask my boss for half a day off just to catch up:p

I slept badly last night, I kept saying over and over in my mind: self responsibility and zero tolerance. Hope I sleep better tonight?
Lurky I like to rock.. Though I was more into squeeze and the boomtown rats. I do vaguely remember the backdrop. (Was that rock)
I to would not say no to a few pounds off, though I have managed to lose 2 and a half stone and have been regularly exersising for the past 13mths, so I do have some willpower.
Hugs to winebox we all have bad days you are doing so well.
