fedupandskint, I also have been putting the money I would of spent into a pot to save up. Im upto £16 already! £4 a bottle really adds up.
I am also trying to lose weight so Ive bought healthy drinks and snacks to have if I get the urge for a drink. Diet coke, lemonade.some tins of chicken broth soup! sugar free jelly, grapes, strawberrys etc.
my stomach is flatter already, nothing major, but my jeans don't feel as tight, so thats good.£100 - £10,0000 -

I have had 3 AFD's so far this year so 3/4 for me Lurkio! I'm well on my way to getting 10/31 this month, I'm glad I set myself such a low target!!!:p
I think I might succumb today though as I might just fancy a couple of drinks with my dinner tonight but I won't go too mad.
I wanted to say that I think everyone is doing very well by cutting out alcohol completely, cutting down or just really analysing their choices a lot more.:AHOUSE MOVE FUND £16,000/ £19,000

I failed over the weekend so still at 1/4, however there is no alcohol left in the house which willhelp me, if its here I drink it if its not then normally i can get by without, however as its been almost 2 months of having alcohol in the house i may find it harder this time, but I am positive that I can be AF for the rest of the month.
Will update later in the week, but well done all those who are AF so far this January.0
