    Welcome to Nelski and Fedup

Vimto seems to have a side effect with me. I am ,for some strange reason , listening to Led Zepplin. I think It may have taken me too far back to my childhood :D

    No beer, No fear :D.

    Take care

    Debt-free and Proud!
Having all this energy is great, have just been for a run. Used to run lots but over last 12 months not bothered at all really, think because didn't have any energy or just couldn't be bothered (?? because of alcohol consumption??)
Anyway did route that would have taken me 25mins, did it in 40mins  not good at all and still thought I was fairly fit!!!

So another challenge along with the AF is to inprove my running this should help with the weight loss too:D

YM Led Zeplin ohhh now that takes me back to childhood ;)

:hello: Hi jjef glad to see you're still with us and good luck for later

    Me too Mari!

I have gone from 25 minutes a month ago to half an hour today

I am going to use my times (and weight) as a measure of the benefits of not drinking. I really hope to be whizzing along by the end of the month :o
