    hello ,
4 out of five! last night wasnt too bad, just stayed next to the fire and drank hot choc. but then slept dreadfully (after gloating about the night before - remind me not to do that again).
feel extremely tired and weepy today, like i could go any minute.
hope everyone has a good day.

Well done Polaroid! Sounds like you feel how I did yesterday (watch out, rottweiler symptoms emerge later in day)....try not to give in & drink as hopefully it's a one-day thing ((((hugs)))) & if you drink as well tomorrow will be worse instead of better. I couldn't even rouse myself to light the fire last night - sounds very cosy!

Oooh YM, I heard 'save all your kisses for me' on the radio the other day - made me feel strangely nostalgic and young.

'Tis snowing here and it looks very pretty. Fortunately the roads are kept very clear and I have winter tyres on the car so driving later shouldn't be a problem.
Feeling great today for some reason, maybe something to do with not having had a drink for a few days? I am also trying to look at why I drink - often it's to do with social insecurity I think (but maybe also to keep up - being sober surrounded by p***** people isn't much fun!).

    No Eselt yet....come back

Thats brilliant thanks! Ive got a MS in Chester later in the week so will call in the one there.
Polaroid I slept badly the first few nights and then been ok the last 2, I have got a paul mc kenna cd that I listen to, Its a self confidence one but it helps you relax and I always nod off. Now I just practise the breathing, and make a conscious (sp?) effort to relax all my muscles before I go to sleep.
You might be able to get the book/cd at the library? I got it from smiths. I would highly recommend it (If you want to borrow mine pm me your address) you could see if it helps

I'm actually on the brink of another little challenge which you may have just pushed me into. I've been toying with the idea of going veggie for a little while now. Maybe I should add this to the alcohol thing?

It staggers me how expensive meat is compared to eating purely veg. Now and again I'll buy a couple of tins of beans (the plain salted type, black eyed peas, chick peas, kidney beans etc). couple of tins of chopped tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers, spinach, chilli, garlic, spices. Cook them all up in a big pot and then freeze them in individual containers. Lasts for weeks and works out to be a really tasy, cheap, nutritious meal. Bit of rice / pasta or couscous with it..MMmmm......

Right. I've convinced myself. I'm adding my meat free date to my autosignature...

Oh and I forgot to say, remember the other day I posted that my boyfriend was in a mood, and I was fed up. Apparently it was ME in the mood!! haha So I think after a few days the "rotweiller" comes out, but it does pass!
