£1.50 to the ol' smEgg card today.

Taking the Cosmotini moonay down to the bank tomorrow so hopefully that'll be another chunk paid off and gone!

Got a lovely evening planned tonight with my gorgeous OH but just had my bonfire utterly watered on from a great height at the prospect that I may not actually be eligible for student support for uni as I already have a degree which would ultimately mean having to pull out  Maybe it was all too good to be true..

I look like bloomin' Alice Cooper at the minute with the panda eyes!

It's Friday though so hope you all have a lovely evening tonight!

Hi everyone, another lurker de-cloaking. Just wanted to say that this thread is pretty entertaining to read every day - it's like a mini soap! It's already inspired me to start my pad - only 50p a day but better than nothing.

I'm trying to pay off my Barclaycard which has around £750 on it. I use any money I make from selling on Play, Amazon and GreenMetropolis towards my debt as and when it arrives. I also do daily clicks, cashback sites and surveys to make money for extra payments.

My Barclaycard is by no means my only debt - just one of the smallest and it's on 24.9% apr:o so it has to go. After that it's my OH's Capital one card which has £850 on it - he said he was "just getting it for expenses".

So my payment today is 50p

Welcome sashybo to the mad house. Glad you have decided to stop lurking and join us. If you were not mad before you soon will be but your debts will get a hammering as well so its worth it.

£10 to the big Halifax card (I have a smaller one as well but thats on a LOB rate so not too bad).

Also added some to the card fund. Decided to add it to my sig a few days ago as it doesn't look as if I am doing much otherwise. All my extra money other than PAD is going to OH's car fund. I would like it to go off debts but he deserves this because he's a sweetie. Hope to finish car fund beginning May and then all the extra money can go to debts and I might start to feel that I am getting somewhere:j

Went shopping today for me, a very rare occasion because I don't like shopping as I never get anything to fit but today went like a dream and I got everything I wanted felt a bit guilty with all the shopping bags .Not been to this town for a couple of years and was really shocked at how many shops had shut. This is a lovely city with quality shops and a good tourist spot but it is obviously suffering badly. It really hit home to me today how bad this recession is. Shopping will be covered by birthday money so that is:money:

    Have a good weekend everyone.

I thought you were up to your old tricks of outing me and had done it on purpose:rotfl:

Yes I got 2 swimming costumes, a coat, 3 bras and some pants I am a happy bunny.:j:T Especially as the bras are a better fit because the manufacturer has increased the cup size so I can have a smaller back size. The only trouble is I am getting closer to the end of the alphabet what happens when I reach Z:eek::rotfl:
