Hiya mumofthreemonkies (hear no evil, see no evil, and speak no evil?).
Well I do have that constant background anxiety about my debt levels but I think I've probably got a bit desensitized to that now.
It's not so much a lack of sleep as sleeping at odd hours. If I'm not going out anywhere, I will often get cleaned up and in my dressing gown and settle down very early to watch TV. I still don't know how Star Trek finished yesterday so I must have nodded off by 9 PM. I have a very comfortable sofa and spending part of the night asleep on it has become a bad habit of mine in recent times. I don't mean to do it - it just happens that way. I do live on my own so it's very easy to do that with no-one around to nudge me into bed.
It seems quite funny that in my teens and 20s I would often be partying until 5 AM. These days, I'm often getting up by that time.
I suppose there's no real incentive to go to bed anyway when there's no-one to share it with.0 -

Hi again
Hopeful1: nope hun, theyre definitely ALL monkies :-) I signed up here when pregnant with baby #3 but when he was 8 months old along came baby #4 and I just havnt gotten round to changing my user name :rolleyes:
Flying Freesian: thanks for the ideas, sadly theres no much woodland here and what little we do have is more "bog" so trying to push a double pram through it is nigh on impossible
Add to the freezing temperatures and its not the nicest prospect
Im thinking baking, eating, cinema with own snacks, and visits to the grannies :rotfl:
Paul, I gotta run and get the kids to school but I will reply, im not ignoring you :-)

Paulgonnebe::grouphug: dodgy hugs
Bless you being on your own hun, I hate being in the house alone overnight
I totally relate on becoming desensitized with the debts too, now I have some sort of control and plan I can relax a little.Like someone else said you cant live forever and we cant take our debts with us (TFFT);)
You should really get yourself up to bed though, it wont do anything for your posture being curled up on a sofa, why not go up to bed early and read or watch tv in bed, least then if you do nod off you dont have to wake up and move?
Best go, #4 has fallen asleep in my arms and its going dead and #3 is trying to put the poor cat in an early grave :rolleyes:
I often wonder what I did with my days before kids
Hope you get some decent rest soon hun and no doubt ill catch you on here later
