Clearing_out_my_pockets, hope you're feeling better today. Could you have a chat with your manager who seems to want to keep you, to see what options are available to you now that the other job doesn't exist? Look after yourself and if I can be any help, please let me know.

Hi everyone, another lurker de-cloaking. Just wanted to say that this thread is pretty entertaining to read every day - it's like a mini soap! It's already inspired me to start my pad - only 50p a day but better than nothing.
I'm trying to pay off my Barclaycard which has around £750 on it. I use any money I make from selling on Play, Amazon and GreenMetropolis towards my debt as and when it arrives. I also do daily clicks, cashback sites and surveys to make money for extra payments.
My Barclaycard is by no means my only debt - just one of the smallest and it's on 24.9% apr:o so it has to go. After that it's my OH's Capital one card which has £850 on it - he said he was "just getting it for expenses".
So my payment today is 50pSuccess is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts. Car loan 1 £11,174, Car loan 2 £5,532, CC 0% BT £780. Debt Free Diary to try & keep spending in check.0 -

I was approached by my line manager a fortnight ago about applying for an internal position because with the current round of redundancies, he can't guarantee he can keep me safe. It now transpires that the job doesn't exist any more.
In my current job, redundancies are being based on performance. My project has gone from being on budget to being significantly over recently and it's all my fault.
OMG....sounds like my workplace.....all I can say to you SOLIDARITY !!!!!
My PAD for today is £1. Hope that I might be able to PAD some more later in the day.
Take care everyone,

£1.90 for me today. I transferred my money from Amazon sales before it was in my account, so I'm currently a little short.Don't worry about typing out my username - Call me COMP(Unless you know my real name - in which case, feel free to use that just to confuse people!)0

You have a lovely weekend to boost you through the week, and some lovely time with your family. That's worth a lot more than £90.00!!
Thanks mmy, you are right, I just feel bad for bumping up my Credit Card by £90, then making a pathetic PAD to try and make up for it. What's worse, is my last PAD was on Monday 9th, and today is Friday so I've missed loads.
I've got another weekend away with the family (a cheap De Vere Hotel Booking) so I'll 'invest' in some quality time with my family again. But then that's it... I'm expecting some Wedding Photography money through soon (and that's on top my my day job salary) so I should hopefully be able to wipe the CC balance by the end of March.
Todays PAD = £6.270
