Hi - Is it too late to get this now?

    Fraid so.
    Offer closed months ago.

I'm afraid you have to be pretty quick to get these things.
Once they get out on the internet and loads of people apply they tend to get shut down quickly - sometimes in a few hours.
  • I got in just before the offer ended, thanks to this site. Credited the account as instructed and this week noticed I'd got a free £100. Easy peasy. No chasing or arguments or other hassle as reported by others. I will keep a few pounds balance in the account as the card is handy for online purchases without risking my main account.
Best wishes and thanks to Martin.

Its now been almost 2 weeks past my 28 days and still no £100. Sent an email complaint and received the standard 5 day reply time, however this is up on monday. It is helpful to read that people are waiting like me, albeit up to 44 days! It makes it easier to hang on in there.........

    Woohoo!

Got my payment this morning, after two emails and no phone calls.

    Woohoo!

Hi all, I have a question regarding Barclays statements, I've met the requirements, but they way they produce their statements makes it look like I haven't...

    First Statement:
    6th feb £1000+
    over a week later... £1000-
    7th March £1001+

    Second statement:
    over a week after 7th March £1001-
    current amount £1.04

So, before I call them up, have I met the terms or not?

    Thanks guys.

    Looks OK

    First deposit 6th Feb
    Second deposit 7th March

Feb, March - 2 consecutive months

It is not calendar months - it is statement periods which is different.

    My statements are as follows:

Statement1: 25th Jan (Accounting Opened) to 10th Feb
    Statement2: 11th Feb to 10th March
    Statement3: 11th March to 12th April

I think mbailey is right and sooler is wrong.
The first statement shows the first "montly period" so this indicates 2 payments in the first "month" after account opening.

If you aren't sure then ask as it's too late to rectify now.
  • Quite unusual this, and i dont want to make anyone jealous, especially if you havent received your bonus yet.

They have paid me the incentive twice !!

Cant believe it myself but i have definitely received 2 lots of £100.

Anyone know the laws on this i.e. if i transfer it out, and then close the account, can they do anything about it ?
