Has anybody NOT received their £100 yet?

I haven't received mine yet but my second deposit only went in 31st March, so they still have some time.

Does anybody have any hints as to how to get them to cough up?

Say you want to make a formal complaint.
This initiates a formal procedure and involves a different department rather than the messing about you are currently getting.
The "customer relations" people have powers to do things that the ordinary staff can't, so if you are getting nowhere you need to initiate this procedure.

My second 1k went in on the 22nd March, so today is 28 days.

Still no £100 so should I wait a couple of days or in anybody else's experience should I call Barclays to see what's happening?

Thanks for all your advice. They are a good few days over their "28 day" waiting period now and I've now initiated a complaint. They seemed to suggest that I may not have complied with all the conditions (which I did) and are "double-checking". I took great pride in telling them that, not only was I not the only one not to have received the money, but there was an internet site which had highlighted the fact for many others too! Can't wait to get my money and drop Barclay's as quick as possible!

WAHEY! Got my £100 a couple of days ago and have withdrawn. Off to hand in my clousure of account letter to Barclays- Many thanks to MSE for highlighting this offer!

If anyone is feeling guilty about closing account DO NOT DO SO- just think about how much these big banks blow every year on corporate entertainment, christmas booze-ups etc- they have more than enough sloshing around! Hope everyone else gets theirs.

Trouble is, I expect the way we've hammered this deal will mean similar offers will be few and far between in the future.

I am over 28 days, but then it is 28 working days

Can you guys please tell me which phone number do you guys use?

It is over 28 days for me (29th working day today), and searching on Barclays' website doesn't really show any meaningful number for Current Account holders, I am desperate to talk to them about this.

To everyone in a panic. Just leave it plenty of time and ignore it. Then go and check and I'm sure you'll find £100 waiting in the account.

First payment went in on 7/2/06.
Second payment went in on 3/3/06.

Still no £100 creditied to my account! :-(

I have called Barclays and raised a complaint. I received a letter today from them saying my complaint was being investigated!
