On the reverse side of your statement, from AMEX, it will detail how the total no. of points are calculated. In my case, 'Bonus Points from Moneysuper'; 'Nectar Welcome Points'. Hope this helps.l

Just checked mine and oh's Amex a/c online and it shows 4000 adjustment points transferred to nectar yesterday - they haven't landed with Nectar yet but tehy should be on tomorrow or Friday:D

Likewise none received after a month and despite 2 phone calls. Promised by next Friday but one promise already broken so we will see.

I promise I haven't let this go. I'm in discussions at the moment (spoke to people this morning as it happens).... sorry its taken so long, but i promise this is ongoing at the moment

Got another 1000 points so I now have 2000. Promised the other 4000 next week!

Found this address on a previous thread on the same subject. My only too frequent experience is that if these things drag on and on the only way they are resolved is by writing to the top.
I am told that I will get all 6000 by next Friday the 10th Feb as I didn't even get 1000 / 2000 on the first statement, which appears the norm. I am not over confident this will happen having been let down once already, so I won't just keep nagging away at customer services should they fail to deliver for a second time, but will write to the top as well.
I am hoping that Martin's representations might make this all un-necessary but it is a useful alternative.

Another 1,000 just arrrived, so that now makes 2,000. Just the last 4,000 remaining now, which will come in March.
