Hopefull most people now have their points, though I am aware some don't. I'm back talking with the powers that be who launched this offer to try and sort it out for everyone else

No tee pee - or at least not in my experience (I have had one bill). But when I spoke to them on the phone it seemed clear that the method of application
(ie via MSE) was in my record on screen. Which is what enabled them to tell
me my 6000 points would be credited, allbeit in a couple of weeks.

I called twice, still no points....
All I ask is the chance to prove that money can't make me happy.
  • Just spoken to Amex again, they say that 1000 points were credited on first purchase (which they were), a further 1000 are coming on the next statement (which I've not had yet, but they say are on there) and the other 4000 will be manually added on the statement after that.

Looks as if it's going to be a long haul before everybody gets their points but we'll get there!
  • I only got 2000 points, and would like to chase it up, can someone tell me a number to ring where they had a positive and helpful response? Thank y'all.

    I rang the number on the back of the card - 0845 600 5210. Says it's 24x7.

GIRLIEWIND: If you have not yet used the 0845 number, use

    0800 5873 724 instead - free.

Have a read first of my hopefully helpful posts at 39/44/48/71/75.
