think zelda the phantom hourglass was at 14.99 on the DS top spec game not the usual DS rubbish.

FFing kids wiped my saved game at around 85% finished little Bar Stewards. I was not a happy bunny as Zelda games take ages to finish ... sob sob.

Incidentally those with a Wii for Xmas should try to get the gamecube Zelda windwaker, with the additional zelda ocarina of time bonus disc. The greatest game ever made. It plays on the Wii and you'll pick it up preowned for about £10. now that's a bargain. Or pick up a preowned gamecube for about £15.

wipe ur a rse on them an post them to zavi managing director? i hate companies that know theyre hitting administration but continue to sell stuff like vouchers

actually they stopped selling them in november when the euk thing happened and they putmoney on one side to cover the vouchers if youare angry then aim it at the administrators its their rules!

Do this. Shoplifting is defined as taking an item and then leaving the store making no attempt to pay. If you give vouchers you are clearly attempting to pay. In theory Zavvi could take civil action aginst you but this is not very likely.

Currently Zavvi stores have no security guards as their contract with the security the company has been terminated.

i cant believe what i am reading in this thread, this is exactlythe kind of mob mentality the papers love to scaremonger us with and you are falling right into their trap.

it isnt zavvi saying you cant spend your voucher its the administrators

I went in there the other day - the majority of the stuff was still full price but there were a few DVDs, games, etc that were reduced - nothing of interest to me, though.

thats because they only have a normal sale on. yes they are in administration but it isnt over till the fat lady sings as they say.

Not for you !,but it is over for all the people who bought your firms !!!!!! vouchers.

wow really understanding you must be such a nice guy. what areyouout? 10 20 pounds? well that poster is potentiallyloosing her job which supports her entire household. and you are worried about not having the latest game or whatever. nice. ill bet you havnt even tried to claim the money back either

I don't agree with this as the company is now in administration, so insolvency laws apply. And under these Law's, creditors can't be preferred over other creditors. Don't be upset with the administrators, they are doing their job in accordance with the Law.

What an absolute bundle of joy you must be. There are some pathetic mean spirited posts here but this takes the buscuit.

FTR Zavvi havn't decided not to accept the vouchers the administrators, but I guess you're not interested in that, why let facts get in the way of posting a bit of poison ?

    !!!!!!
