Just went to my local staples in north london and they didnt have any left, the guy also checked with head office for any other london stores but there all out!

the other post of micro-direct 6gb for £86 is also out of stock

Any other idea's or mp3 bargains?????

this xmas we bought her the travel dock £139 in Argos but in stock in Costco now for £70

Went to Slough store yesterday and the manager told me, they did not sell MP3 players! they did have the Sony Walkman out on display though. Called around and none at Crawley or Croydon but two in Horsham. They held both for me until this morning, bought the dark blue and now 1 Silver left, the box has been opened but that's all. Give em a call if you are nearby as they are happy to hold for you.

I went into the York Staples, and the staff said that it is only the blue ones that were £79.99.
They even had a label for the lower price on the shelf.
They had a black one, and a white one, but I was told they were at £149.

Very weird I thought as I left.

So warning to anybody else going to Staples.

I've thought about it, and I reckon they were mistaken. I reckon that it is just the 5GB model at this price, and they just hapen to have had one of those in stock. I reckon the 6GB models are at the full price whatever colour.

Does anyone know if a 5GB or 6GB is available in any staples store in London, south east.....i live in central london but would be prepared to go the extra distance for this mp3 player. Thanks!

Price is showing as £147.35 (including VAT) on this site.

I've had my eye on this particular MP3 player for a while and the cheapest I can find them is at Costco at about £136. Just tried my local Staples (Leeds) and they do not stock them otherwise I'd have snapped them up. Not bothered if they are 5 or 6gb. (I'm actually after 2 - belated present for twin sons!) Just wondered what is the cheapest price other people have found these for, other than this excellent Staples price?

Come on i want this so badly. Not paying £130 for it though, is there another place where i can find it for udner £100? staples are out of stock for some reason! OLD KENT ROAD, CHARLTON, AND TOTTENHAM are out of stock.
