I thought there for a min the offer was not on. Can you lot (the poeple who bought this for £79.99) jus say you bought it at the price and at which store thanks.

Getting your information "Straight from the horses mouth" is a well known saying that refers to getting ones information from the source.
In response to your request I therefore gave you the link that would enable you to contact your local Staples stores direct, which I assume you did.

I've had my eye on this particular MP3 player for a while and the cheapest I can find them is at Costco at about £136. Just tried my local Staples (Leeds) and they do not stock them otherwise I'd have snapped them up. Not bothered if they are 5 or 6gb. (I'm actually after 2 - belated present for twin sons!) Just wondered what is the cheapest price other people have found these for, other than this excellent Staples price?
it was definitely at the £86 last night when i clicked on the link. the only reason i didn't for it was that it was my son that wanted it and i wanted him to see it first. Just been on and it is at £147, gutted.0 -
oh lol i understand i know that saying its jus it wasnt in quote n i was kinda slow. Most of them say they are out of stock or the price is £130.0

Thats a good price. We originally took one that had the headphones missing but they charged us £69, went to another store and got a sealed one instead.
My husband has asked me to ask - anyone who has got one, what is your radio like? Ours doesn't pick up many stations at all. Is this a problem or are they all like this?
Thanks0 -
Can you order via Staples website and still be entitled to the promotion of £79.99? i dont want to order and end up paying £130.0

We went into our local branch of Staples but they only had one with a part missing. We enquired if we could order from the internet and get it price matched and were told no. Even though it is the same company, it is a different department, so prices are different. We ended up travelling 60 miles to a different store to pick one up.0

Thanks
The radio is pants.... two or three stations and only of any use if the unit is stationary.... Which kind of defeats the point of having it in a portable unit.

They even had a label for the lower price on the shelf.
They had a black one, and a white one, but I was told they were at £149.

The store where I purchased had Black, Silver and Blue for £79.990
