High Wymcomb is too far for me, i need something in london, especially central london. I cant find it anywhere! is there another shop/company sellling it at a low price like Staples.

Looks like I wont be getting my hands on the creative zen micro for £80. None in stock throughout London, what a shame. I called up the charlton store they said their prices were still £130 and they had only one left.

Hi I have one of these player and my 2 kids have one each as well . they are great . One tip is if you have any problems contact creative direct and tell them bits were missing when you purchaseed it and they are very helpful .My daughters display failed and when i contacted them they replaced it . A very good customer services dept .

Ditto.... Excellent customer service and don't forget to register the product online.... .... as this simplifys the returns process should you need it.

The radio is not the best feature of the Zen Micro, however large disk size, and audio quality is.
