I've just bought a Creative Zen Micro from Staples for £79.99. On the Staples website they are £149.99. This is the pack with the spare battery and mains charger included. (Some Zen packs only have one battery and a USB charger so this is an extra bonus!).

They were displayed normally and were not within the sale area. It came up with the lower price automatically so I would think it would be in all stores.
Yes, it was today.0 -
I had three of those bad boys break on me within a year. I expect they haven't corrected this and may be in the process of a clearout??0

Thanks O.P.!!! Wicked price for a wicked player. Just picked up the last one from Beckton store - although they still had one on display.
Rang chadwell heath, they said they are sold out. This is a nationwide offer.

I've had one for eight months without a single problem. You have to be careful with them because it is a hard drive after all, and there is a common problem with the headphone jack failing... but for £80 an absolute must for anyone after an MP3 player.
Mine sits in a cool little traveldock with speakers too.0 -
What size memory are they please?

There are a couple of models, but I'd guess this is the 5GB model rather than the 4GB or 6GB .... Either way, as the owner of two Zen's, it's a bargain.

I must have been unlucky because I had 3 witht he same problem within a year. they ended up giving me a 20gb zen touch (which has been fantastic, if a little bulky).
£80 is great for that player if you don't experience the same problem as me. I have heard that Southampton store is out of stock.0 -

It's the 5 GB version.
As well as being an MP3 player it will also play WMA files, if you have MS Outlook you can load your calender, contacts, and task list onto it. There is also a in built Microphone so you can make your own recordings, and an FM radio. You can use MediaPlayer 10 for ripping MP3s to it.0 -
Thanks OP for that. I finally managed to get 2 from Ashton-under-Lyne. They have got a display model left and one that is without headphones that they are selling for £69.99.
We tried Warrington, Bolton and Altrincham stores but they didn't have any stock if anyone is after any.0
