I should have said - just enjoying a capuccino made from my £300 fancy Italiano coffee maker that I bought with my c/c yesterday before I go BR ..... lol - I am joking OR

I was trying to show my DFW side .... You know the one - where you haven't got a sealed pot to p**s in ..........

Know what you mean about DFW side. I do have one but need it to show more and help me out. Still trying to sort out my love for beer at the moment so that should save me some cash :D

Yep,

I was reading the "kick alcohol" thread on DFW too - I have decided for a number of reasons to stop, at least for the foreseeable future.
I come from a family of excessive drinkers and we were/are all able to drink too much for our own good, if you know what I mean.
It does me no favours whatsover, financially, emotionally (especially at the moment) and healthwise too. I managed to damage my liver some years ago and don't really want to do it again.
I haven't had a drink for a few days now, took some herbal sleep tablets last night and for the first time in months slept for over 8 hours.

As Tony the Tiger used to say....... I feel greeeeeat! :j

2009 for me is the year I change a few things around in my life and BR is one of them.

Feels good to look ahead positivly dont you think .

I would love 8 hours sleep in one go. Perhaps I will read through my Online forms

I was getting so bad that I was drifting in and out of sleep, getting up at around 2am, watching TV, logging on here and then another 1 - 2 hrs sleep.
My mind was like the Magic Roundabout - going round and round and full of nonsense! In the morning I was waking up with a headache that got steadily worse through the day.

I went into Boots yesterday and bought some Natrasleep tablets - took 2 just before bed and voila! Next thing I knew it was 7.48am. Brilliant.
I am so wide awake now they are probably going to thank me later on at work for taking most of the day off!

I am changing a lot of things too - 2009 is going to be so,so different.
This board will be my safety net - here to catch me if and when I slip!
