Yes, that would need to go down there. You will probably be asked what you did with the money. Don't worry though, we sold (disposed!) of a flat we rented out and made a huge profit from it but they were happy with that.

    Hi everyone....

One week to go - no, less than one week in fact.
I don't actually know if I am scared or relieved - probably both.

Two weeks ago I was worried about the actual decision to go BR, then it was whether it would be straightforward. Now I am getting the heebie-jeebies as to whether I get my story straight with the OR!
Anyone would think I was set for a serious interrogation by the Flying Squad....
I am sure that when it is all over, I will be just like those of you who say - Don't worry it's a breeze, nothing to worry about - but until then.........

    Hi SA :hello:

I think that as long as you are honest with them it will be OK. That is my plan anyway. I am sure they are not there to judge us they are trying to help.

In my case I have lied enough about my money problems so it will be nice to admit everything and then go from there

Hi and happy new year to everybody lets hope its a better one than last year and we all get everything done and dusted. Just to let everybody know i am meeting the CAB in the morning with my bankruptcy forms just to go through everything to make sure i have filled it in correctly. I am going to march into court hopefully on Wednesday at 1000am and do the dirty deed.
    :j
I have printed my soa in a new thread in the forum called (rijo soa) any help with it would be greatly appreciated.
One question i have about the soa is that it is different than the one on the bankruptcy forms. What do you do ? add any extras in the space at the bottom. Good luck to you all
    Regards Richard

    Hi Richard,

there are at least six of us going BR this week, popular week for it, it seems.

yes any extras you have do just get added into the extra box at the bottom of the forms.

I am going BR on the 7th and so is Bazbro.

    :D Happy New Year.

Hi, Have phoned the court and have got myself a date for my BR, its 18th Feb, I was offered 22nd January but declined so that I could give myself enough time to save the Fees. Im feeling a bit nervous but after working things out, even if I do get an IPA, its still going to be dealt with a lot sooner than struggling to pay off miniscule amounts over hundreds of years. :T
