Hi you do have to use the official form am afraid, there should however be a box at the bottom that you can use to add things in that are not covered in the main part of the form. Hope this helps a little Clanbailey. :D

    Hi everyone!!

Right, first things first - SA, you will be absolutely fine, please stop worrying, stay positive! big hug to you, don't get yourself all stressed. But I know exactly where you are coming from about getting tearful at work, I had a little moment today at work like this but managed to conceal it quite well I think. lots of practice at hiding my feelings when I am upset you see. ;)

and welcome to creditpunch. have added you onto the members list at the start. :D

hiya this form is doing my nut in ;O)

right another question : the SOA form part of the br form seems to be small ie not a lot on there - can you print off the one we do on that other website and attached OR do you HAVE to use the sheet in the forms?

    thanks
seems like a stupid question but that is how my brain is working at the moment! LOL

clanbailey - every time I log back on there is a message from you regarding a different part of the forms.. :rotfl:
but I know just what you mean ...... I have had to lump things together to make them fit into the box .... i.e pre/dent/opt & car tax, ins, repairs ..... I hope they can understand my shorthand.
and my stuff is relatively simple! Pehaps it is to get people to claim for less....

Keep ploughing on - you'll get there.
