yours will be 38 pages too! they all are! but I could so easily write 38 pages if the OR would like a really detailed explanation.

glad that you are not going to be rushed off your feet. what do you do?

time off is preferable to extra money when the OR might take it off you anyway. It sounds like you work way too hard anyway so make sure you use your holidays all up.

You are far more clued up than me....... Do the BR forms pass from the judge to the OR, and is that what they use as the basis for the interview afterwards?

38 pages though - are you using "big writing" ?

I have submitted mine online so they are floating about now on some big database somewhere but I think the three copies must get split as - one for the court to keep, one for the OR office and I do not have a clue what they do with the third really?

They will use what is written in your forms for the OR interview.

I decided to get my little boy to write them in jumbo green coloured crayons! :rotfl:

Now I understand why so many people say that the judge just glances at them.....
I think I would do too...... both boring and mind boggling!

I think i will keep the third one and then have an extra large bonfire just so I can burn it on the date of my discharge from bankruptcy! :T

Apart from my hamster, who I don't think would take very kindly to it, I don't have anyone to pinch and punch in person..... so it has to be in words!

I could think of one person I would like to punch but he is in a land far,far,away..... thank heavens :rotfl:
