I really do love the dogs but then they are a massive tie when you want to go away somewhere. kennels, injections, injuries etc etc! you could always adopt a greyhound, they are so gentle and they do not need lots of exercise either so make very good pets. I have two border collies that have too much energy and they get naughty when they haven't had enough exercise.BSC #215/No.1 Jan 09 Club0

Had to get him one of those too - bald patches all over until it grew back. Certainly not the most handsome hamster in the world!
The flat I live in has a no dogs or cats policy and so he is the nearest I could get without breaking the rules..... blimin hard to train though!!!
You be careful where you put that toilet paper with the plaster on - could cause all sorts of damage "down there" ....... lol

Hi folks....
Well, here I am back at work, one hour into a shift that ends at midnight!
It is very, very quiet (surprise, surprise) and so plenty of time to look at t'internet.
Freezing outside though, don't fancy de-icing the car at 00.15!
I have had quite a good day - getting things done.
I have set up a d/d for next years council tax using my co-op acount.
I have sent off meter readings to Scottish Electric for my switch to them, I can't change bank details until the account "goes live" (which I thought quite funny wording for an electricity supplier) on 8th Jan.
I have renewed my car insurance and got 0% interest for my monthly payment plan. It actually means my premiums will be less this year!
I really must get round to starting my BR forms, especially with DON78 saying that she is up to 38 pages so far, I thought it was BR we were talking about, not War and Peace pt2! :rotfl:
My boss has asked me to do some overtime next week (no surprise there) and I have succesfully negotiated that instead of pay I will get time in lieu. This is good on two counts for me - it keeps my surplus down and gives me extra holiday leave to use before July.
Not much more to say really......
