Just been lying on the sofa resting my back (when did shopping become so heavy?) and I felt the weirdest sensation. I think the baby might just have moved round. It felt like he was doing something - it was much different to the kicking I've felt for a while now. Perhaps he has decided that it was time for a change! It was a very weird rolly, pully sensation. Very odd and hard to describe.

About tests - I really don't think its fair that not everyone gets them. Surely a fairer way would be for all high risk ladies to have the test? The test everyone here - bloods and nuchal fold. I had the tests, but wouldn't have had the amnio or CVS whatever, I just wanted to be prepared.
Yes I been getting that lately, it's soooo weird, 'Warren' really active practically the whole night at work and I had them weird sensations, it's nice though coz i't's reassurance isn't it.

    morning ladies,

bubs was moving around loads last night and he seemed to like Rhianna and Cliff on the Royal Variety Show.

Just noticed on the tesco website that there is a 1/3 of the larger packs of huggies nappies until the end of the month if that helps anyone with other kiddies.
  • You're all scrooges on here, whats this about no tree?

I've got a 6ft artificial in the dining room, a 6 ft real nordman fir in the living room (smells luscious) and millie has a 2 ft artificial bog brush thing in her room!

Anyone think thats a bit much? (apart from my OH!)

Not looking forward to taking them all down and putting decs away in the eaves after chrimbo when I will be 30+ weeks!

  • I don't know if hormones are making me clumsy, or if it is just because my bump gets in the way, but I can't seem to get past breakfast without spilling food down myself at the moment. It's a good thing I'm not off to visit the queen, as this is my last clean top. Oh well!

  • That's why I'm an advocate for staying in pyjamas untill at least after lunch ladybird!

We have a tree up and DH insisted on putting something in the window but thats it for us... And I never bothered with any decs for years before I had Aimee... Never seemed much point... and the year before last I put everything away on boxing day because we were flying out on holiday nye!
A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...
Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

  • We haven't got room for our big tree this year, as everyone is coming to us for Christmas - there won't be room for us all in the living room if the tree is up. We got a little cheepy one from Argos though, to make it a bit Christmasy. And our caretaker gave us some lights to put on the balcony (we live above him, so we've all got matching lights - it's very sad!)

Did buy some feather fairy lights in tesco last night - reduced from something silly like £12 to £2.25 each so bought 2 :rotfl:
