They're breaking the law by not offering pensions too then... Any more than 5 employees and they have to offer something, even if they don't contribute!A very proud Mummy to 3 beautiful girls... I do pity my husband though, he's the one to suffer the hormones...My Fathers Daughter wrote: »Krystal is so smart and funny and wonderful I am struck dumb in awe in her presence.

Directgov website says that they should be given terms of employment within 2 months and they are not paid cash in hand. They are paid weekly by cheque with payslips and Tax+NI is deducted by boss. He gives them holiday but only stat sick pay. They have all asked why they have never been offered pension rights as it's a hotel and he employs an awful lot of people. My DD said in all the years she has worked for him it's the 1st time she has known of anyone being pregnant.
Hmm i wonder if the lack of preg workers is coz he "forced" them out
I suppose if it were me I'd present him with print outs from gov websites and see if its just lack of knowledge or if he's a nasty bloke, I'm so glad that I worked for a good company when I got preg 1st time!
I keep looking at the MA form and thinking - my baby brain will never be able to cope with this!
ok promise I'm going to bed now x0 -
When you could really see them moving across or turning, that did make me feel a little bit funny. Not sick but like something out of Alien. It was like 'woooow!!'
I liked it!

With my last two babies they were both breech...so when they moved their heads would be sticking forward under my ribs...quite a weird sight...lol. I never felt sick though.0
