I had no idea it was on quidco for some reason (baby brain - I normally check everything).

I am normally a big fan of internet shopping but I keep hesitating over buying baby stuff on the net for some reason - it's like I want to see it to make sure it is right for Bubba if that makes any sense.

Guess I can always return things if they are really not right.

MFD, are you in the midlands and asked me about kidisave in walsall or am I making that up? We've popped in there a couple of times and some of the prices in the shop are better than the internet prices...

AM, I have a kind of rocking chair that I had for Aimee that my Mom lent to her friend... Hoping to get it back this time because it was perfect for everything, sat up and lay flat and was completely washable... and you could have it rocking or fixed... I also had a basic cheap bouncy chair that I kept next to the bath so when we had a bath together I could pop her into it and wash my hair while she dried...

And there is also an avent event at John Lewis this month, linked as infant feeding awareness but I'd take any breastfeeding information with a pinch of salt from a bottle manufacturer... But for those who plan to bottle feed there's 20% off avent stuff... Linky here.

We've got the one me and my brother sat in when we were babies - my parents still had it in the loft. It was from boots, and after taking the fabric off and putting it through the wash, and 2 engineers trying to work out how to get it back together it is fine (fabric is very retro though :eek:)

Krystaltips - we had that kind of rocking-type chair for DS as well and absolutely loved it! It's currently up in the attic, wrapped up well, so we can take it out, wash the cover, and use it for this one.

Krystal - yup, I'm in Wolverhampton for my sins. Hubby says he will take me to Walsall some day (such a romantic I know - he used to say that about Dudley... )

Saturday is B-B-day (baby buying day) and we intend to get everything sorted (ordered at least) on that day. I only have 52 days to go now and that has got me worried!

AM we've got this bouncy chair http://www.bumpsababy.co.uk/cosatto-jolly-jelly-snoozi-bouncer-631-p.asp cos i loved the colours and they do a blanket that matches it in Jojo Maman Bebe although I haven't yet managed to justify the £16 for one blanket to myself yet!
