Not sure really what questions to ask? I've looked through a load of books and they've seemed to answer everything for me. Am I missing a really important question? You laugh because I'm different - I laugh because you're all the same0 -

Tinkerbell, just get them to tell you what they're looking at/looking for. (Hopefuly they will do that anyway). And take some tissues, as you're made of steel if you don't end up crying
I had a dream about milkshake just before I woke up. It's a good thing MW is coming to see me at an unspecified time, or I would be driving into town to the milkshake shop for breakfast! I can't decide what to have instead - I'm not really in the mood for proper breakfast food!
MW is hopefully going to give me a sweep today, so fingers crossed things will be moving soon!!!Isabella Molly born 14th January 2009

Morning all
I was talking about a cerclage with my last pregnancy, was having contractions from 20 weeks and began dilating soon after. There's a few different types you can have. I was told it would be taken out when they were delivered. With a singleton they remove it at 37 weeks. It's normally given for incompetent cervix but it would make sense if you've had some removed/previous cervical issues. Definitely worth taking any extra precautions.
For the 4D multiples scan, i wanted one with the twins but DD was confirmed to have passed away by 22 weeks so i never got one. Are yours idents or fraternal? At 26 weeks i'd imagine they would still have a good view. I'd say anytime between 24-26 weeks would be great. Babies have very little fat stores by then so won't look quite the same as at birth, but still fantastic images.0 -

Goodluck for the sweep ladybird.
Thanks ladies for the tips on the TENS machine. We set it up and had a shot last night. I can't put it on without Hubby helping me, but that should be ok. I played around witht he controls and was surprised at how it felt - but in a good way. My initial impression was that I liked the sensation and that I can see how it can help - so that's a positive connotation to hold onto
My sleep is really disturbed at the moment, between having to use the bathroom several times and not being able to drift back off to sleep, I was up at 5.15am this morning  I've had two breakfasts (one by myself and one with hubby) and feel like it should be lunchtimer.mac, you are so wise and wonderful, that post was lovely and so insightful!0 -
Hubby dragged our christmas tree out last night... Damn thing shed all its needles all over my floor! Despite constant watering and being alledgedly low drop... We're going to go the traditional route next year and get a plastic one!

Has just taken ages to catch up!! Thought i talked a lot!
Have been to doctors this morning to fill in forms and she mentioned about folic acid I have been really struggling to take this as it makes me sick every time, she had a bit of a moan about how important it is and I must try and keep it down.....easier said than done. Is there any foods that are worth trying to eat more off that may give me some of the benifits of the folic acid??? Took your advice and have been eating first thing before i get out of bed and seems to be helping also been drinking loads of milk seems to be the only thing i seem to want to drink that doesnt make me feel sick!
