elle you could just say you're on anti boatics and not allowed to drink :) i'm sure with the amount of bugs around at the moment you can think of something to need AB for? :) That way you don't have to tell anyone :)

  • MW coming out to check BP tomorrow and I have a term plus 9 appointment on Boxing Day (where they scan baby, check his HB, my BP, etc and book me in for inducement).

Really thought we would be home and settled by now :o. Feeling very sorry for myself! :rolleyes2

I don't mind telling them.. I'm nearly 12wks by my dates and today is 9+6 by the date I got from the scan so passed the time it went wrong last time on both counts, so that's a celebration in itself :D If I was ill, they know I'd be crying off going out and hiding under a duvet! ;) I just feel a bit guilty that I'm going to spring it on them tomorrow but I'm sure they'll understand.

MFD - you're so forward!! :rotfl:

SB - I was just wondering if you'll get (or have got) to the point where you'd rather he'd hang on now, til after Christmas?

I've had my first day off work for the hols and have absolutely blitzed DS and DD's swamps, sorry, i meant bedrooms.
Tried to get them to help, to make space for Santa to leave more toys - but they weren't actually much help in the end!

So, i've spent the evening listing stuff, mostly their clothes, on ebay. I'm absolutely knackered now!!

Also, i thought I was organised for Christmas - just needed to pick a few fresh bits up from local shops tomorrow - until Mum decides they will come for Christmas dinner after all  - so i need to shop again at some point for more sprouts, more carrots, more little sausages in bacon and more pudding!!!

I think it might be a late night trip to Asda tomorrow for me!!

Oh, my fave bit! (in LA, not the bringing on labour quest!)

I've just added up OH's presents and I've still got £15ish to spend on him. I don't feel like I've got him anything he's actually said he WANTS. He claimed there is nothing he wants.. Grrr!
