Me too - take the extra couple of months, ignore the 30% off a cr4p service then find a decent ISP..0

Its been my worst week ever with E7even with nearly every evening for the last three or four days days being unable to connect to the Internet. I am appalled at this service whch has been problematic sinse late December. We gave them a chance. But really 3 months is a long time for problems and I notice that their revised network service reports are not even listing this latest problem on E7Broadband.
Has anyone else lost service during the last few evenings? I asked for a MAC ages ago but no reply !
I will contact my CC company but what is most alarming is the fact that we cannot move from them until they gives us a MAC.
Do we all need to contact Oftel!!! If so please supply best contact source.
Thanks0 -
I have lost service most evenings for the last few weeks, but the last 2 nights have been particularly bad.0

I have seen quite a few reports of difficulties connecting in the evening. One suggestion is to connect in the morning and leave conencted.
Offer of two month extension to a terrible service sounds like a punishment, not compensation!0 -

2. Report your failure to connect to no_connection@e7even.com - they give priority to emails sent to this address. Only use it for non-connection issues.
Hope this helps.0 -
So it comes to this log on early so you get a connection! Its like something out of the Congo. Come on lets have an OFTEL contact so we can shower them with complaints. this helpless broadband company must give customers the MAC codes they need so as to have a service which is surely typical. I am going back to BT where I never had one single occurence of this utter crap.
Sorry I am deeply annoyed.0 -
If you're willing to splash out £30 (which you are very likely to get back) then take your grievance to the small claim cour and file a claim for the money you are owed plus damages: http://www.moneyclaim.gov.uk0
