    Where did they say that keekee? In the pm? It doesn't look like they did on the forum. Post their pm to you.

    8 days doesn't seem too unreasonable - although if you stressed your financial position i'm sure that would have helped.

    Have you emailed the forum team again?

    Sorry for double posting, I know its frowned upon in most forums, but please won't somebody reply?

    Can anyone tell me what kind of legal standing I have? I'm thinking a very poor one, but would the fact that orange took the payment late have any standing in a small claims court?

    The following email has been sent twice to the forumenquiries team, but has yet to receive a response. Having read that you're having problems with your email system [in the run-up to Christmas], I thought I'd post the third request directly into the forum:

    Dear team,

    I’ve attached a couple of photographs showing that the armature on my LG U880 cracked yesterday.

    The phone was issued via Dispatch Note 15856724 dated 02/02/2006.

    Clause 4.1 of the Terms & Conditions, on the reverse of the Dispatch Note, state that:

    “4.1 All the products provided by The Mobile Outlet [come] with a 12 month manufacturer’s warranty. This warranty does not affect your statutory rights”.

    I’m understand that under The Sale Of Goods Act 1979 it is the retailer [rather than the manufacturer] that is obliged to resolve the issue.

    Could you please let me know how we can resolve this problem?

  • I was so pleased to receive an email on 23 November from the Mobile Outlet informing me that my cashback claim had been accepted and payment would be made within 28 days. Guess what - haven't received any payment.
