The MobileOutlet Forum Query Team
I already have one 12month free linerental cash back deal on 3, signed in Nov 2006.
But I really want the Nokia 6680 cash back deal also on 3 now.
I am not sure there could be more than one cash back deal per household or per person. your term and condition did not mention anything (I did not see any).
Can I buy another cash back deal???
please let me know.
Thanks in Advance.
Hi,
There is no restriction per household.

I was going to make some cheap comment about slave labour but I thought better of it!0

Dear Forumqueries
I didnt get a response to 2 emails sent to you on 29.11 and 3.12 asking you about the wrong amount refunded. It was for £108, which could have been a transposition of £180, done in error.
Can you please respond now, to this forum as I have not had a response via email.
Patricia

Subject: Cashback Your Ref 27887 Further action required!
Thank you for your cheque.
You sent a cheque for £108, rather than £180, without any letter to explain why you have not paid the full sum due under cashback scheme.
If this was an administrative error please send the remainder £72
If you do not intend to make this payment, please give your reasons so that I can consider whether further action is necessary.
Regards
Patricia Prendergast
EDIT I did receive a reply on this in January after pm the forumqueries team - because there are 5 times that the bills need to be returned, they pay the cashback in 5 equal installments. That is £108 in my case with £45 pm contract.0 -
I have pmed tmo with the following, but i don't know if anybody else has had this query answered already?
"My other half and myself both have contracts with you and cashback claims due at the same time. As the cost of the post is so high for 4 sets of special delivery and consequestial loss insurance (nearly £20), can you confirm that it would be ok to send the claims for each of us at month 11 then month 12 in 1 envelope."0 -
I am copying a letter recently sent to MO forum queries and customer servies by my husband. Will keep all posted re any response (fingers crossed).
Re. Cash back claims and breach of contract
I am enclosing bills 6-11 inclusive for redemption of my cash-back. Please see my email to your ‘forum enquiries’ and ‘customer services’ addresses which refers.
I will be forwarding the bill from month 12 within 21 days of its date.
I still state that I have a 12 month contract, whilst I assume you state that the contract is 18 months. Regardless of this, you will note that a Judgement was entered against you at the Northapmton County Court essentially finding in my favour.
However, by sending the bills as described above, I do not preclude myself from obtaining my cashback by whatever terms and conditions – I JUST WANT MY CASH BACK.
Please endeavour to organise this as soon as possible in order that we can both avoid further legal action (which I will not hesitate to take if there is any delay in this).
Please confirm in writing if there is any problem with this approach to both my home and email address above. I will be retaining copies of all this correspondence as evidence.0 -

This is my reply to the pm I sent to tmo, as detailes earlier. Hope this helps somebody else save £10 (1/2 an Indian takeaway, that's how I always think of a tenner!)
Hi,
This will not be an issue. Please include a covering letter detailing the 2 seperate claims.
