From my personal experience so far I wouldn't touch em with a barge pole, I followed their cashback T&C's to the letter and even had a confirmation e mail and phone call to say everything was in order. I even had an e mail informing me that the money would be in my account within the next five days.
So far thats all I've had, promises. It has now been 43 days since I received the confirmation e mail that everyting was OK and to allow 28 days for my money.
Tomorrow I will be starting a small claims court procedure to get my money and expenses. If I were you I'd read this hole thread and any links to other threads before you go with this lot.0 -

My philosophy is that you get your phone and line rental etc for the price you pay. However, if you get your cashback it's a bonus.
Hopefully your cheque is on it's way, Mobileshop were running at well over 2 months delay when I was waiting for my last final cashback, but they kept me informed and everything (bar the wait) was fine.

At the eleventh hour this arrives.
It appears due to an administrative error the incorrect account number was typed whilst completing your BACS payment. A payment has been reissued today to the correct Account and will credit your account on Friday morning. Please accept our sincerest apology about the delay and any inconvenience caused. I ran out of reasoned questions thats why the only option left to me was the use (it was not a threat) of court action and it still applies if the money is not forthcoming. I e mailed last friday giving them 5 days to reply and they chose to reply at the last possible moment. I will only be convinced of their integrity when the money is in my account.0 -

Hand Written Cheque arrived today but no documentation. I'll keep keep a photocopy of cheque and e-mails. Hope cheque does not bounce. Anyway if all is o.k thank you to MO. I'll keep you updated.0

hi, can anyone help me out. i sent off all my bills 1-6 and delivery note by recorded delivery back in august and mobile outlet say they have not received them and will not be paying me my cashback. this seems a familiar story after reading on here. i have the rec. del. receipt. but no replies to my numerouos letters. wot can i do ? any help really appreciated i cant afford to lose £360 , can anyone ?!0
