    Hi mobileoutlet,

I orginal sent my bills in August, was regetted because I did not send my dispatch note. In your t&c it didn't said that.

I emailed your queries department, using the email address from this forum querying this. and they apoligsed and said that i will receive my cashback via bacs. no bacs payment then i was promised i will receive a cheque, no cheque. i am going round in circles with this. when am i going to get my payment.

I have two experiences with the MO, first was top notch i.e i sent in my first 6 months bills- they returned me a cheque well within the 21 days expected. I was so pleased i even emailed to say Ta! I do believe that credit should be given where due - maybe not enough people do this but it's everyones choice.

Now the but . I sent in my 11th bill on 23/11/06 via special delivery and checked tracking order, and was received the following day. I left it for a couple of days then emailed to confirm cashback process was being dealt with. I had automated mail back stating will confirm alls ok within 7-10 days.

Sorry to drone on but after chasing them again had a mail from them asking me to confirm my address. Why do they need my address when they have all my details on file such as phone no. post code, bank details etc. They appear to be messing about again instead of dealing straight with people.

I believe theres every chance that a MO rep will post back to ask for further details - You Don't Need Any More Details ! Just confirm you are dealing with my claim.

i emailed the cashback team and i got this message

''Once your appeal has been logged it will take 28 days to process.''

Not 7 days as you stated. I have sent the terms & conditions with a covering note and you should have recieved it today. Please process and post my cheque asap, as you said in 7 days i should recieve my cheque, so by the 14th november i will have my money back?

    Hi Riza,

We have checked your record and payment was made directly to your account this morning. Please check with your bank and let us know if you have any further questions.

  • Hi,

A lot of people mention that they received terms and conditions with their orders, which require them to send them in with their first cashback claim. I received my phone from the Mobile Outlet 2 weeks ago, but I did not receive any official documentation at all; certainly nothing like a "dispatch note" (all I received was the box containing the phone and accessories and Virgin mobile documentation and CD). 1 week later I received a Virgin Mobile welcome letter, but up till now I still have not received anything from Mobile Outlet.

I need to claim cashback in month 4 and the terms and conditions on the website state that a dispatch note is required, but not having received any documentation at all from the company, I do not see how I am supposed to do this! I have emailed the cashback email address but not yet received a reply. Does anyone have any suggestions?

    Thanks,

    Soui

Yes, immediately send them a letter by recorded delivery stating that you did not receive the dispatch note with the phone and you require a duplicate copy in order to enable to you to comply with their t&cs on future cash back claims. Don't worry if they don't send it to you - if they don't and don't pay your cash back just sue them and you have all the evidence you need.

    Hi Mobile Outlet

I ordered a phone earlier this week and according to the tracking system, the phone should have been delivered yesterday morning - checked the post this morning and no sign.

    Hope you can help.

    Hi Mobile Outlet,

I have changed my address after my order from you. Now I am about to make the first cash back claim. Just wondering if you will use the old address on despatch note to send me the cheque or will actrually use the new address which I am going to provide with my claim.

    Regards,

    Will keep you posted.
